Small group sessions:
Full body workouts, high intensity, interval trainings, circuit and crosstraining
(max 8 people per trainer) are daily between 17h and 21h.
Subscription on beforehand is necessary.
Nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching:
Guidance in how, when and what to eat.
Only in combination with personal training.
Personal training:
One on one sessions, personalized to your goals;
Losing weight, gaining strength and muscles, improving conditioning and body posture.
