Train ‘n Gain offers high impact, cost efficient content for online soft skills training.

Most e-learning solutions are based on the transfer and testing of theoretical knowledge and processes and do not really appeal to train soft skills. We have developed solutions to overcome this problem and we call them e-training.

Our e-training portfolio currently contains more than 600 realistic, high quality, short videos (1-3 minutes) about Sales and Management & Leadership conversations and are recorded in native English, Dutch and German language.

With an online content selector our customers can easily find the right content to match their requirements. The videos come in sequences, the initial video shows how a problem develops during the conversation, the response video shows how it could have been prevented or how to continue.
We put these videos in the context of the training program of our customers and embed it in a question/response module so that learners have to make a decision about what the right approach should be. If they pick the right answer they'll be rewarded with an explanation and the response video is presented.
The modules can be gamified and imported in existing compatible e-learning systems, which transfers e-learning in a highly motivating professional learning game that people start to talk about!

We have solutions for every stage of the sales conversation (from making appointments to close the deal) and management/leadership (from hiring people to firing people).

The concept transfers class-room soft skills training into blended training with improved results and lower costs.
