Scope of Services:
Routine preventive care such as annual physicals/PHAs, school/sports physicals, annual well woman exams, and well child/well baby visits. Acute care for non-life threatening conditions and/or minor injuries such as mild asthma exacerbations, migraines, earaches, urinary tract infections, back strains, and lacerations. Ongoing maintenance of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, depression, obesity, and hypertension. Minor surgery which includes mole removal, skin biopsy, toenail removal, vasectomy, and neonatal circumcision. Pregnancy testing and blood pressure checks are available on a walk-in basis, no appointment is necessary
