Our grandmother Potenciana is the inspiration of this eatery. Her talent in cooking and personality enabled her to travel the world from Israel to Belgium, Japan, Hawaii, Turkey and The united States of America.

"Pot Mami" derives from the word Pot or Potenciana and Mami stands for mother/noodles. You may choose between the two 'cause you can find both in this place.

So as we continue our adventure in passion for cooking. We would like to inform you that a part of the profit will go to different orphanages. And we would be honoured if you partake on this beautiful journey/adventure.
