ESN Network Committee 3.14

The Network Committee, known as NEC, works in a broad list of topics concerning the improvement of the quality of our Network. Besides providing services that are wanted and needed to our sections, we do also implement a strategy that supports the Vice President of ESN. We recruit members from all the ESN Countries with good competences and will to develop themselves by developing the Network. Our mission is to provide the resources and knowledge to leverage our Network.

The Committee is led by a Chairing Team consisting of a Main Chair and two Vice Chairs - for the Network Interaction and Knowledge Management. The Main Chair is in charge of internal human resources, representing the Committee and being the main communication interface between the Vice President of ESN and the Committee. The Vice Chairs empower the coordinators of every project of their respective field with tasks and deadlines. The tasks are designed according to the needs of the services we provide and also to support some of the Vice President's tasks. The decisions are made with the Vice President, based on regular updates provided by the Chairing Team.

Each branch of NEC - Network Interaction and Knowledge management committees - has six teams, working on development and various projects.
Network Interaction includes Associate Membership, ESN Showcase, Gift Exchange, Section Cooperation, Section in the Spotlight and Star Awards.
Knowledge Management contains E-Learning platform, Human Resources team, Network Analysis, Newbie doc team, Section Guide team and ESN Wiki.
