GELISH AFTER-CARE ADVICE

* NEVER pick or peel Gelish off as this can cause damage to the natural nail.

* Wear rubber gloves when you do any wash up or cleaning jobs because Gelish can absorb bleaches and detergents, causing the gel to lift.

* Use cuticle oil every day to keep your cuticle moisturised and healthy (especially at night before going to bed).

* Chlorine may lift Gelish polish. Wait 24 hours after application before swimming. And always rinse your hands thoroughly after swimming to remove chlorine.

* Some creams (Sun Tan cream; Insect repellent) might also lift Gelish polish - wash hands thoroughly after applying or try to avoid having it touching your Gelish nails.

* Avoid intense heat for 24 hours after application – no sauna or sunbed – as it may cause heat spikes on your nails.
