We keep in mind that the quality is the corner stone of any gustative experience, by bringing you the best seasonal ingredients to your table, each menu item at Cool Bun is a CRAFTED, LOCALLY RAISED, ORGANIC, ARTISANAL and HANDMADE product, our meat is flamed grilled and our fries are hand cut, yummy right? Our restaurants are my showcase for food prepared the way I personally love to eat in my own home.

Our delicious burgers are made from the « Onglet », this noble piece of meat is sometime also known as the butcher’s steak, because butchers would often keep it for themselves rather than offer it for sale. The tastiest way to cook it is definitely flamed grilled, that’s why we take care to prepare your meat to the level you wish as blue rare, medium rare or medium, combined with a glass of wine we are on the edge to perfection. To achieve the perfect match, our cellars propose you around 50 kinds of wines and beers.
