Claim supplies legal services that focus on obtaining financial compensation from airlines, on behalf of passengers who have suffered long delays, cancellations or overbooking of their flight. Under European law, passengers whose flight is more than three hours late, or is cancelled or overbooked, are entitled to financial compensation of €250, €400 or €600 per passenger, depending on the distance of the flight. Those amounts are fixed, regardless of the original ticket price. The compensation applies to all flights departing from any European airport, or all flights arriving at a European airport with a European carrier.
