Chez Mariette 3.19

Chez Mariette is a little vegan business run by me, Marieke Wings. After becoming vegan myself a few years ago I fell in love with baking and cooking. I was so passionate about it and people kept saying 'do something with your skills'. So I did, I started my own business in december 2015. (The name is based on a mix of my name and my late granny's name Georgette <3)

I don't have a real store yet but we deliver our foodies to lots of different places for example in Bruges and Gent (list with businessess that sell our pastry is in the making). We also deliver at home or you can pick it up here!
My goal is to make jummy vegan food and inform people (for example when giving workshops) about a plantbased lifestyle. I want to make my food approachable for everyone, vegans, veggies and all people being open to veganism.

Everything is vegan so that also means it's lactosefree for people who are intolerant! We also have glutenfree and sugarfree options and we are very open to make personalized cakes <3
