Balloon's Day Parade 4.16

On the occasion of the "Comics Festival", the "Balloon's Day Parade" repeats the experiment for the fifth consecutive year, on Saturday September 3, 2017. This parade of giant balloons, alike the ones in the United States, accompanied by live bands, begins on Place des Palais at 3.00pm en ends at Bourse at 5:30pm, passing through the Mont des Arts and La Bourse.
