AUB∙SVP is a sustainable food company in the city center of Brussels. You can visit one of our events or book our restaurant/cafe for a group of minimum 10 people. We also cater on different beautiful locations such as Beursschouwburg and Muntpunt (min. 10 max. 200 guests). Get more information by sending an e-mail to info@aub-svp.be.

At AUB.SVP, we constantly look into responsible, sustainable food options. We experiment with seasonal, local and organic produce and by-catch. Food surpluses are creatively incorporated and we respond to the increasing demand for vegetarian/vegan meals. Moreover, we want to raise awareness around waste.
