General Information

• Images:

All image sizes are nominal. The Photographer/s will provide a pleasing color balance but cannot guarantee exact color matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact color as seen by the human eye.


• Cancellation:

Booking payments are not refundable. In the highly unlikely event that we cancel, we will refund all your payments in full. Our liability for compensation in the event of negligent cancellation is limited to the monies paid by you to us at the time of cancellation.

• Copyright and Reproductions:

The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images and photographic materials created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, advertising, illustration, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer's studio, including printed materials, media on the World Wide Web, and any current or future digital media.
