SF was formed by the agreement of few Graduate students of various Public University aims to support mass people specially in rural area. SF is running by the extreme physical support of few dedicated members of this organization. Financial support is provided by the all members in a form of monthly fee. There is a managing body with President and Advisors on top who are managing this organization by their self interest. Managing body reforms in every two years. It is free from any political interference. It has own rules and regulation itself.
