Shahid Akbar Ali Science & Technology College affiliated by Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University, Dinajpur is going to start its voyage with three faculties namely (i) Agriculture (AG) (ii) Business Studies (BBA) (iii) Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

On this happy moment, the principal, welcome the educated persons, students, teachers, guardians and the guides to visit the gorgeous campus of Shahid Akbar Ali Science & Technology College. We also want their overall association.We added that this institution was established in 1998 as the name of Shahid Akbar Ali Women’s College firstly. In 2010, the college was combined on the occasion of ShahidAkbarAliScience & TechnologyCollege.

At present, technical education is a time- befitting lesson. The Govt. has taken an epoch-making initiative on this occasion. The honorable Prime minister Sheikh Hasina has turned ShahidAkbarAli College into Science & TechnologyCollege to make people of the Northern area fit for technical education. The college stands at Baliadangi Upazilla under Thakurgaon District. The Prime Minister has given us a good news. So, We cordially welcome the Prime Minister of Government of the People’s republic of Bangladesh.

We deeply pay tribute to the respectable chairperson Alhaj Md. Dabirul Islam (MP) Chairman, standing committee on Ministry of Science and Communication Technology. With his great effort, he has turned this college into science and technology college.

For a long period of his political life, he has realized that technical education is essential for all to be adapted with time -befitting education. It is a hearty commitment of the authority concerned with Shahid Akbar Ali Science & Technology College that the learners coming from near and remote places must be benefited by technical education.

This college was named after the great freedom fighter late Akbar Ali. He as well as uncounted freedom fighters are remembered heartily who sacrificed their valuable lives for the greater welfare of the country.We pray to Almighty Allah for their departed souls.
