A: We don't have a physical shop, we are fully online.

Q: Are all your products On-Hand?
A: Nope. Some of our products are on hand. Most products are on Pre-Order Basis.

Q: How long will the processing times for the Pre-Order Basis?
A: Most packages arrive in approximately 10-15 business days. Remember that this is just but an estimation and time might very depending on different items. It might take shorter than the time above or longer time.

Q: Ordering process?
A: You have to order us online by posting your desire products Name, Size, Color with your valid contact number on our page inbox.

Q: How will I get it?
A: We can deliver our products to you within 1 day if you come by yourself to take your products or if you want home delivery then it will depends at maximum 1 to 3 days & we will let you know once you post your order.

Q: What type of payment methods accepted?
A: We take 20% advance payment to confirm your chosen item and rest 80% payment will be taken when you receive that item from us. You can pay in our office or deposit in our bank a/c or though bKash to our number.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not now.

Q: Can I cancel my purchase after the transaction is done?
A: No cancellation of transaction after it’s completed
