How MediTrail will work for Patients & Doctors:


Patient:

✳️ With MediTrail patient can keep record of his all medical diagnosis reports.

✳️A patient can also keep record of all of his prescriptions he/she had in his/her entire life and review in case of need.

✳️ A MediTrail user can keep track of all his/her doctors he/she was treated by.

✳️ MediTrail mobile app will remind users about their medication schedule with alarms and notification so that they don’t forget to take medications in time.

✳️ Users can make appointment of their desired doctor with our system or find a new one with specific speciality.

✳️ Users will be notified if an appointment is postponed by the doctor , providing them with the new appointment date.

✳️ MediTrail will remind users about their upcoming appointment.

✳️ Users will be reminded in time if they are suggested to visit the same doctor in future.

✳️ It’s easy to locate doctor’s chamber location by our app, It helps if there any foreigner or someone out of city.

✳️ Doctors can postpone their appointment in case of unavoidable incidents and patients will be notified about the new date.

✳️ Doctors can prescribe using our system , and that prescription will automatically be saved in patients profile.

✳️ Doctors scan see entire medical history of his patients saved in our system if patient allows.

✳️ Doctors can see all the patients and their prescriptions he prescribed using our system.

✳️ Doctors can enlist his all chambers so that a patient can find the nearest chamber for appointment.

✳️ There will be zone based common disease tracking, like a doctor can open a map and check how many active users in that zone, how many are in good health, how many are in medication, how many are suffering from any specific disease or how many are recovered from a disease recently. A doctor also will be able to see such overview on his/her all patients. Of course there will be some privacy settings per user.
