=>>The association shall hold the following as its aims and objectives. The association shall strive to fulfil these aims and objectives in the course of the academic year as its commitment to its membership.
2.1.1 To conduct any Development work for the Department & University that thinks to be right by MABSMRSTU (Management Association of BSMRSTU).
2.1.2 To publish Management Journal of BSMRSTU after 3 months each in a year.
2.1.3 To organize various skill competitions among the students of Management under the control of Management Association.
2.1.4.1. Debate competition;
2.1.4.2. Cultural competition; (Dancing, Singing, Acting)
2.1.4.3. Literature competition; (Reciting, Writing)
2.1.4.4. General Knowledge competition;
2.1.4.5. Football/Cricket/Volleyball/Basketball/Chess competition;
2.1.4 To conduct orientation programs for the new comers of the Department of Management.
2.1.5 To organize Re-union program for the ex-students of the Department of Management.
2.1.6 To arrange farewell programs in the department.
2.1.7 To arrange study tour programs on behalf of the department.
2.1.8 To provide a sociable atmosphere in which Members can meet.

2.2 Future Aims and objectives:
2.2.1. To provide a relief fund for the negative environment affected area (like as Flood affected area, Cyclone affected area, Earthquake affected area etc.).
2.2.2. To provide mass education for the illiterate people in Gopalganj.
2.2.3. To create & support an online blog for Management Journal of BSMRSTU.
