Karfulennessa Women's College was established in 1989 at Shahrasti, Chandpur. The College was founded by Ex-secretary late Dr. M.A Sattar. Major (Ret.) Rafiqul Islam vir uttam, honourable parliament member-264; Chandpur-05, Ex-Home Minister, Government of the people's Republic of Bangladesh. & Alhaj Professor Fazlul Karim patwary helped benevolently with ther full co-operation in establishing this college.
