Kanchannagar Model School & College 3.9

Kanchannagar Model School and college is a Higher secondary school in Jhenaidah District in south-western Bangladesh, also serving students in Jessore District.

The school is one of the oldest schools in Jhenidah, and was established in 1973. As of 2013, there are nearly 2,000 students.

Schools rules include regular class attendance, and adherence to a school dress code. Every day there is assembly before the classes. There are three major examinations per year.

Mr. Bishweshwar Chandra Biswas was the first Head Teacher. He was in duty till 2012 since 1973. He was so efficient to strengthen the Base of the Institution. Prodip Kumar Biswas is the Principal of the school.
