Jum Foundation 3.04

Jum foundation, a local NGO in Rangamati of Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT). Bangladesh working for socio-economic advancement of rural people. The NGO is covering CHT as the post situation of CHT accord 1997 has opened the door for NGOs in carrying out development project in order to build confidence of deprived people as well as women for economical and social mainstreaming. We believe that NGO managed by local people can play key role as they are acquainted with geographical features and community’s culture. So some local social and development workers have determined to form this NGO in order to strengthen the NGO’s initiatives towards development.
