Holey Artisan Bakery was born from passion.
It began with Lillian's craving for real bread, something she could not find in south asia. Her husband Porag, a natural culinarian, put his heart into the challenge. He discovered Maurice, baker extraordinaire, who masterfully guided on the art of baking. Partnering with Sadat, close friend and enthusiastic restaurateur, everything came together. The journey continues, improves & evolves.
