Due to the necessity of quality workforce inside the country and finding the way to develop it, a group of students from UNIVERSITY OF DHAKA started planning back in 2009 and this way Center for Career Development (CCD) started it's journey on June 2016. Keeping pace with the environment, the team initiated the organization with a profound knowledge about the materials that are necessary for future professional development.

Getting a good job and performing good in a job is not easy. CCD offers courses to overcome BCS, Bank, MNC and other reputed job exams confidently. Moreover, CCD offers ‘On The Job’ training modules to increase professional competencies. We believe it is proper knowledge and training of a work that can remove unemployment and open a hundred way to someone. Even for the entrepreneur who cherishes their dream to stand out from the crowd can have a proper guideline through our consultancy services to choose best alternatives for his/her future venture. We also believe through our initiative CCD will be a role model in Bangladesh to find better way to succeed. Lots of plans and works are under way.

CCD’s affiliated organization Bangladesh Career Club (BCC) is a support organization for student community. BCC focuses on University based co-curricular activities to bridge students with the practitioners.
