CAPM Financial Training Institute (CFTI) has started its journey in the training industry where the sole focus will remain in skills development of the financial resources of the financial and non financial industries both. The aim of CFTI is to create an environment where the stakeholders will be well informed about the overall best practices and ways to improve efficiencies in the financial market by enhancing skills and competencies of the resources engaged in the financial organizations. The management of CFTI comprises of some highly experienced professionals who have worked in global capital markets and financial organizations for a long duration.

CFTI believes in the people power of Bangladesh and that they can be turned into valuable assets for the betterment of themselves as well as for the economy of the nation. In order to accomplish that purpose, CFTI is always a step ahead in identifying the need for such training and offering them to the resources engaged in the financial sector of Bangladesh.

CFTI provides tailored training programs to financial institutions & finance resources of non-financial organizations to bridge the skills gap and enhance the present skills levels of the finance executives according to their skills requirement so that the executives can meet their organization’s expectation by fulfilling their job responsibilities.
