Bijoy smarni college under Higher Secondary College was founded at the beside of Dhaka Chittagong high way.In 2010 new college named Bijoy Smaranh University College , Chittagong came into existence though the unification of Higher Secondary College . The same year, it started to offer both undergraduate and higher secondary courses in three faculties (Science, Humanities and Business Studies).
