Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) is a multi-disciplinary scientific research organization of Bangladesh. Its main objective is to pursue scientific research for the betterment of Bangladeshi. It was established on 1955 as East Regional Laboratory of PCSIR, after the liberation of Bangladesh it was renamed as BCSIR.
