Our business is divided into two main segments. We offer general insurance solutions to customers such as small businesses, mid-sized and large companies and multinational corporations, primarily through insurance brokers. We also offer life and investment solutions to corporate and personal customers, primarily through financial advisers.

Our presence in our core lines in Australia has been sustained, no matter what economic conditions prevail. Our offices are Australia-wide and our headquarters are in North Sydney.

We leverage the strength of the global Zurich group and have a deep understanding of our local markets.

If you wish to make a complaint about any Zurich service, product or claim, simply contact the relevant Zurich division that administers your policy or investment. We will always endeavour to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
