Yummy mummy bootycamp is a great way for us to get into shape! We can bring our children, work out and meet other mums at the same time.
What you will need to bring:
Water
Towel (you can bring a yoga mat for additional support if you like)
Running shoes
Hat/Sunblock for you and your baby
LOCATION: Cameron Park, Booval (Glebe Rd Side of park)
DAYS: Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's
TIME: 9.00AM (ready to begin by 9.15AM)
Our Booty Camp sessions will consist of the following:
Warm-up
Stretch
Boxing/Cardio
Strength/Conditioning
Yoga stretch/Cool-Down
Post work out recovery Smoothie
NOTE: Please inform me prior to commencement if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
