YogaLinda is about providing a yoga suitable for everyone and everybody. You can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a welcoming nurturing environment.
Classes are one hour and are $10.
I believe yoga is for everyone and love working with people who aren't keen to go to big classes.
Monday 10 am class is a Vinyasa flow warming you up gently and safely then moving through flow sequences that are easy to follow and suitable for all levels. There is a focus on the breath control (pranayama) Then we stretch and allow time for a relaxation - Savasana
Friday at 10 am we enjoy a Yin class which is a practice where we are still and hold poses for a few minutes getting into connective tissue and fascia. This s a deeply restorative practice floor based with virtually no contraindications. A great stress reliever.
