A writer & inspirational speaker, Honey Nguyen is registered as a 200 ERYT and 500 RYT teacher who has been practising yoga for number of years. She has taken over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training & visits India - the Source of Yoga every year to further her yoga studies. Having taught over 2000 hours of yoga classes, Honey is also a Holistic Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master ,Fitness Australia Registered Exercise Professional & Australian Sport Commission Registered Coach.
