A nurse by trade but self confessed bogan foodie at heart.

I make stuff to order, and try to use seasonal fruit and veg in order to make jams and chutneys.

I try to source everything from the Adelaide Central Markets, Gaganis and other local markets such as the torrens island markets and anything from the Adelaide Hills!

It's done for fun, and because I love doing it.
