WesFit is really about helping you achieve your goals in weight loss and overall fitness, while making sure it's done in a safe, fun & positive environment.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2008 and my passion for helping others has continually grown over the years.

I have a background of boxing & military training which plays a small part in my program although I can be quite flexible to suit everyone's individual needs.
