We start off with email or messenger contact as we define exactly what our healing intention is. In other words we set out what it is you're ready to release and let go of (what's not working for you), and what it is you're ready to bring in to fill that space (how you want to feel). Setting our healing intention begins the co-creative process between you and the Universe; the more specific we can be with this, the more powerful the healing will be! Don't worry if you can't formulate the right words yourself, I've been doing this for a long time and can easily tap into you to access exactly how you are feeling.
Once we have set our intention I schedule you in for your session. It doesn't matter at all what you are doing during the time I am working with you remotely; the energetic shifts will happen just as they need to. However some people do prefer to sit quietly or meditate during the session, this is completely up to you.
After your healing is complete I will email or messenger you a full report describing what I've seen in your energy field and which healing corrections I have done for you.
I also connect with you a few days after your healing to see how you are feeling as the subtle energies shift and settle.
