Warwick Tae Kwon Do and Fitness is a Martial Arts club focused around traditional and modern training.
Great for all around fitness
Anybody, any age can join and begin learning skills such ass self-defense, technique and form, discipline and confidence.
Great for an after school sport for the kids.
At training, we are not being taught to go out and fight. We are taught to defend ourselves and there are strict rules against fighting outside of the club.
