Our patisserie team is led by a Chef Patissier who worked at Gerard Mulot, Rue du Pas-de-la-Mule, and later at the renowned Fauchon, Plateau de Madeleine in Paris, France.

In December 2014, with more than 25 years in various facets of the patisserie world, Voila Patisserie was formed to turn into reality their lifelong passion.

It is their hope to create a new line of simple yet refined homemade treats for Australians by infusing French patisserie techniques with traditional recipes using Australian ingredients.

Voila has been supplying Australian Airline's Business and First Class passengers, Restaurants and Cafes with their delicious range of tarts, slices, macaroons & cakes and for the first time is allowing YOU to be able to buy directly. Quelle délicieuse!!
