Vital Body Massage is an Adelaide Hills business based in Bridgewater, specialising in Remedial Massage using Deep Tissue, Sports and Trigger Point Therapies combined with Aromatherapy to achieve relief from all kinds of stress, pain and tension. We also offer Accredited Pregnancy Massage to relieve aching hips, back, neck & shoulders as well as helping with oedema in legs and arms from fluid which is so common in pregnancy.

Vital Body Massage also offers Myofascial Release Technique and Craniosacral Therapy that is often used in conjunction with Remedial Massage to give my clients outstanding results. We also offer Relaxation Massage for those clients who just want to relax and drift off.

Our goal is always to tailor every massage to be exactly what the clients need at the time, making sure they always feel welcome to be able to give feedback about how firm or light they would like their massages, in a relaxing and calming environment.

All appointments can be claimed through your Private Health Fund (your cover permitting.) A printed receipt will be issued after your massage and you can claim your rebate back through your Private Health Fund. Most funds now offer easy and quick online claiming facilities.

"What oil do you use?" is a question I get asked regularly. I have chosen to only massage with the best quality oils I can find... my philosophy is that if I wouldn't put it on my own body, I wouldn't use it on my clients.

As my carrier oil I use an organic, cold pressed virgin coconut oil. It smells amazing and is SO good for you. I carefully select my essential oils, thus creating a beautiful blend of oils that smell amazing and have a myriad of wonderful properties that positively affect your body & mind.
