REMEDIAL MASSAGE is the treatment for muscle injuries, tension & pain, such as back pain, headaches to post surgical rehabilitation. The aim is to increase circulation in the area being treated, enhance function & aid healing.

RELAXATION MASSAGE is gentle yet firm massage which can balance the chemicals within the brain. The effects are primarily involuntary, encouraging the release of our feel-good hormones (eg Dopamine, Endorphines & Serotonin) and reduce the stress hormones (Adrenaline & Cortisol). Its like hitting the Re-set button on your stress levels & the effects are cumulative.

COST: same as remedial fees.

SPORTS MASSAGE addresses the needs of athletes to aid performance, maintain peak performance, prevent injuries & support healing.

Sports massage is performed prior (10-15min), during (5-10min) and after a sporting event (30-60min).
