� PAYMENT DETAILS �

We accept paypay, bank deposit and cash for pick up orders. When you contact us to place an order please identify your payment choice and we'll send you the corresponding payment details.

Please note - Payment should be sent within 3 days of placing your order.

� SHIPPING DETAILS �

For shipping we use a courier service to ensure your products reach you safely. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. Please contact us if after 7 days of shipment you have not received your item and we will investigate further for you.

Items are generally shipped within 1 business day after your payment has been cleared.

It will take 3-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Please note - No PO BOX delivery.

If you have any special requests or any changes of address please inform us before your order is sent.

� REFUND AND REPLACEMENTS �

As per Australian refund laws we are happy to refund or replace any items you many receive that are damaged or do not match the items description, excluding delivery.

We will do our best to ensure all items leave in perfect condition however if damaged during transit please ensure to notify us with in 7 days upon receipt to arrange a refund/replacement Simply send a e-mail to vanitycollections@outlook.com with a description and photo of the damages. The damaged item will be required to be returned and once received a refund/replacement will be issued.
