Our Goal:
Design & build low impact low impact sustainable urban community developments
Our Vision:
To create vibrant, resilient, healthy and sustainable urban communities in major and provincial cities across Australia

We are using the Living Futures Institutes "Living Building Challenge" for all development certifications.

We are a for-profit developer (all profits are distributed to investors and/or returned to invest in other projects) passionate about the future development of sustainable urban environments. We are bringing teams of professionals together from design, construction and finance/investment industries to construct the proposed developments.

What do we do?
Design and build low impact urban developments. Bring best practice in the development of all systems within SUCH developments
Maximise construction efficiency. Integration and precision are SUCH standards.

We build communities

Beyond the development design other core values are to be:
• A place where people want to live that is safe, clean and walkable to all amenities
• A place that reduces the urban sprawl of our cities. That will consolidate and increase urban density without all the downsides of high-density living.
• A place that allows easier access to all other urban hubs by public transport.
• A place that has strong community connections, that enables people to take ownership and pride in their urban environment and city as a whole.

Other desirable features of a proposed development would be:
• Access to places of business and employment
A total recycling system so that no waste goes to landfill.
An urban farm for the supply of food that is grown and sold locally
Access to affordable housing in our cities

The development of new opportunities for business and employment that is required during construction and throughout its life. Examples would be on-site service and management of energy systems, water capture and recycling , heating and cooling systems, recycling of all material that leave the site, community hub and a place that creates opportunities for education .

What are the outcomes?

To create a development that is resilient and integrated with surrounding community and demonstrates an alternative to current development that can set a standard for the future
To provide opportunities not available currently in that community

To demonstrate the development’s benefits to the surrounding community. This will help remove the fear that many have when change is thrust upon them and allow the community to take ownership.

To create a resilient and sustainable communities that will be adaptable to a future with uncertain consequences.
