Unions NSW encourages visitors and members of the website to participate in the discussions and debates found on this website. However, while we actively support and encourage participation we will not tolerate:

* Abusive, slanderous, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic language or language that vilifies others based on their race, sex, sexuality, religion or beliefs.
* Excessive polemic and/or rhetoric.
* Bullying, threatening, intimidating, disrespectful or harassing behaviour.
* Distributing false and/or misleading information.
* Advertising or promotion of products and/or services or repeatedly posting the same post.

- Uploads -

Unions NSW will not tolerate any uploading of pictures and/or videos that contain:

* Any depiction of nudity and/or adult themes, including drug use.
* Abusive, slanderous, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic language or imagery; or that vilifies others based on their race, sex, sexuality, religion or beliefs.
* False and/or misleading information.
* Advertising or promotion of products and/or services or repeatedly uploading the same video and/or picture.

Unions NSW retains the right to determine which comments and uploads violate the comments and uploads policy at our discretion. We also reserve the right to remove violations, including banning members from the site. We expect all contributors to be respectful. Unions NSW does not necessarily support or condone all discussions, comments and uploads on this website. Unions NSW will remove defamatory comments, pictures and/or videos where they are identified. Unions NSW will assess all reports of inappropriate comments and uploads and respond accordingly.
