Unarmed Protection is an Australian company that specialise in self-protection against domestic and criminal violence. Our training methods emphasize developing skills that are most essential to protecting yourself in real life scenarios. We provide a wide variety of safety tactics to women that will assist in escaping from any compromised circumstance or overwhelming attack.

We have a team of individuals from varied backgrounds in Fitness, Military, Security, Martial Arts, Sports and Recreation. Our company director and head trainer currently trains law enforcement and military agencies in similar tactics and is knowledgeable with the current trends in the criminal world locally and globally. At Unarmed Protection, we have a curriculum to cater for all walks of life. Our trainers use this curriculum worldwide and we are constantly evolving; changing our methods to suit the times of our ever-changing world. As the criminal gets smarter, we only get better!

Our training system is available to men and women, adults and children; with 3 levels of beginners, intermediate and advanced training specialising in Female and Child self-protection. We understand that some people learn quicker than others and are committed to ensuring that everyone can develop proficient skills through basic training drills that are simple but effective. Our training system uses non-violent methods and will teach you how to recognise threats, perform reactive skills to prevent armed or unarmed attacks, how to disarm an armed attacker, and ensure you get away safely.

This is not a martial arts or self defence system, but a SELF-PROTECTION system; where we teach individuals how to escape and get away from an attacker. With the current rise in home invasions, assaults, abductions and knife attacks coupled with the lack of fellow human intervention; it is imperative that individuals learn this system and can be confident in protecting themselves.
