The upstairs area of the house consists of two bedrooms (one queen and two king singles), bathroom with shower and toilet, lounge and dining area and functional kitchen with an adjoining sunroom.

There is one deck at the back off the living area and another one off the main bedroom. Both have sea views and provide a quiet spot to sit, relax and catch the cooling sea breezes.

Downstairs has a self contained area with another bedroom (queen), shower, toilet and laundry.

There is parking under the house for two cars and a boat.

The back yard is fenced for the safety of children and we do welcome outside only pets.
