We are back!!!

Following huge success at our Bastille Day event in Tenterfield our traveling restaurant is on the move again. This time we are hitting the town of Inverell for some great food, beer, wine music and prizes.

Here is what is on our delicious three course French inspired menu;

Entree
- Wild Mushroom Soup (a creamy mushroom soup with a hint of nutmeg)
- Seafood Vol Au Vent (mixed seafood with a Mornay sauce in a flaky pastry case)

Main
- Coq Au Vin (braised chicken in a red wine sauce with baby carrots and onions served with Paris mash)
- Steak Au Poivre (a 200gm porterhouse steak served with a pink peppercorn cream sauce, green beans and dauphinoise potatoes)

Dessert
- Crepes Suzette with ice cream (crepes in orange sugar syrup)
- Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake with cream (just a decadent chocolate experience!)
