The Summit Rainforest Retreat 2.5

The Summit Rainforest Retreat can be configured to a three, four, five or 6-bedroom holiday house,which can sleep up to 19 persons, depending on configuration. The Retreat looks out at the 180 deg panoramic views from the huge entertainment deck.

A 1 bedroom apartment is included in the Retreat if needed, but is also available as an independent option, if you don’t require the whole Retreat. The Apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and looks out at a natural, rainforest setting.

Only one booking at a time can be made from these two options, (except where negotiations for discounted rates have occurred), so your privacy is assured. Both accommodation types have access to the heated pool, large deck with views, BBQ and open fireplace. The Seminar or conference room is also available if requested.

Atherton and The Summit Rainforest Retreat, are at the heart of all the Atherton Tablelands/Cairns Highlands attractions. Nothing is more than a 30 min drive, you are very central.

There are six bedrooms, four of which have private ensuites. The rooms can be configured to suit your requirements into king/twin or queen. The fifth bedroom has two bunks, singles on top and doubles on the bottom with TV, ideal for the children and the sixth bedroom has a single on top and double on the bottom bunk.

The saltwater swimming pool (which is heated all year round) is extremely private for the discerning traveller. Here you can enjoy a good book on the sun lounges, soak up the sunshine, survey the 180 deg panoramic views or simply escape from reality and unwind in peace.
