Raise up in Brisbane, Tahnee Hudson’s career path has forged ahead from her start in the hairdressing industry 12 years ago as a tea & tidy, then completing her apprenticeship to move on & up into Management and furthering herself as the Artistic Art Director of TMH Salons.

As Artistic Director Tahnee’s focus was to create training and education to a team of 85 plus that keeps them fresh and fashion forward.
As head of the artistic team, she also took pride in sharing her ideas and creating new techniques to try. Her mentoring skills had evolved with constant revision and training, as this is where her passion lies. Tahnee has both achieved and participated in events and shows such as Project Runway 2011, Esprit Looks Collection, Talulah Look Book, assisted Shane Henning and Jayne Wilde and put her creative stamp on a handful of music videos and band profile shoots. Images of her work were also included in GHD’s education book.

As an apprentice received placement in IHS for total look and has received numerous awards throughout her career at TMH such as Junior & Senior Apprentice of the Year, Shining Start, Colourist of the Year & an active member of Salon of the Year.
Tahnee was also named as a finalist in Goldwell’s Colour Zoom Competition in 2011 and was awarded Highly Commended in her 2012 entry.

Tahnee's career has now seen her take another turn with the opening of The Mandala room. Her own personal salon in which she can be more flexible in opening times for clients and having more of the one on one experiences.
