The LEAP Centre Wodonga 2.69

LEAP programs are tailored to meet the individual child's needs. It may be in the form of a group or on an individual basis through an ECIS keyworker.
Groups are generally limited to 5-6 children for whom a group program has been identified as the most appropriate way of meeting their goals.
Parents in partnership with their key worker identify goals for their child and develop an action plan of how to work towards achieving the goals
