As a small retail butcher we rely heavily on our counter trade and local support of our customer base.
We specialise in gourmet meats and stock a full range of hand crafted gourmet sausages and are nationally recognised for the quality of our sausages .
What makes us different is that we make our marinades from fresh ingredients and all of our sausages are made on the finest quality rice flour meals and all have fresh herbs and spices added to them
We also stock a full range of grass fed beef sourced from northern new south wales and our country fresh lambs are some of the finest picked from the paddock. We also stock milk reared and grain finished pork to ensure a juicy, tasty and tender piece of pork every time.
Our chickens are from a local farm in Mareeba and are handled with care to insure that not only are you satisfied with the flavour and tenderness of the chicken but also knowing that these chickens are reared in a stress free and relaxed environment rely makes a difference to the flavour of the chicken.
