The Button Shop has been a stalwart of the Glenferrie Road Malvern Shopping district for nearly 70 years. Opening shortly after the second world war, it houses Melbourne's largest range of buttons, including local and imported buttons perfect for dressmaking, mending, crafts and embellishments.

The Button Shop is also well known for it's wide range of knitting yarn and pattern books, including Panda, Patons, Cleckheaton, New Zealand Yarn, Heirloom and many others.

And if that's not enough, The Button Shop also stocks all your sewing, crafting and haberdashery needs including a dizzying array of ribbons, braids, laces, threads, needles, zips, patches, collars and fringes!
