We have more than 70 classes each week at Claremont, Bibra lake and we have just opened our new Fremantle studio. You can choose from Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Over 50's, children's yoga and meditation classes. Tamara Yoga in Claremont is at 6 Gugeri St.

We run several blissful yoga retreats each year in tranquil Margaret River and Bali.

Tamara Yoga is also an Internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training School. Our programme is offered 3 different ways so you can choose which suits you best. The weekday programme runs over 2 years, the weekend programme over 20 months, or the Residential Intensives in Margaret River and Perth are 11 days each. 2 intensives= 200hr. 3 intensives = 350hrs
