WHAT WE DO, HOW TO ORDER, COST AND OTHER FAQ'S

SweetNess Baking is an online baking business specialising in custom made cakes and sweet treats, including but not limited to cakes, cookies, cupcakes and brownies. Everything is freshly made to order using our secret recipes - no packet mixes here! We will work with you to create a custom product that perfectly suits your needs and price range, be it an impressive special occasion or an everyday indulgence.

ORDERING

Feel free to contact us via email, phone or Facebook and tell us exactly what you're after. We will then work with you to custom design a unique order that fits your needs perfectly. Alternatively, if you’d rather be less involved, we’ll happily put everything together for you and deliver it to your door.
Need something fuss free for a work morning tea or family afternoon tea etc? We have delicious standard recipes that can be made at minimal cost. Just ask us and we’ll arrange something to suit your needs. We will also happily organise a regular order if, for example, you need a weekly morning tea for your staff.

How do I place an order?
Contact us at vanessa@sweetnessbaking.com.au, 0432 094 488 or through Facebook and tell us what you’re after and when you need it for. We will then put together an obligation free quote. If you decide to go ahead, we will then send you an invoice for payment with all of our details.

Do you have a minimum order?
As everything is made freshly to order, we have minimum orders of some items. Contact us for more details specific to your unique order.

How long in advance do I need to order?
Depending on the complexity of your order, some items may take longer to prepare than others. The more in advance we can begin designing your unique order the better so please aim for at least 14 days in advance. We do have a limit to the number of orders we can take on at any one time so feel free to book in well in advance, particularly during busy periods. However we understand that some things are out of your control, if you discover that you need something last minute, please contact us and we’ll do what we can.

GIFT WRAPPING
Wanting to give a sweet treat to a loved one as a gift? We offer gift wrapping options and will deliver your order to your recipient for you, beautifully presented. Costs depend on products and quantities. Contact us for a quote.

COST
Here at SweetNess Baking we pride ourselves on providing the best quality, custom made products while keeping the prices as reasonable as possible. We won’t charge you extremely inflated products like other boutique bakeries. Instead we can guarantee that our prices are as low as we can make them to cover our costs. We believe that everyone should be able to share and enjoy special indulgences. As every order is unique, so are our prices. Contact us for an obligation free quote.

PAYMENT
Payment is made via direct debit once you have finalised your order. Payment must be received before we will begin work on your order.

PICKUP/DELIVERY/POSTAGE
We offer delivery, pick-up and postage options however some items can not be posted for obvious reasons. We’re based in Marochydore and are happy to organise a time for you to come collect your order or can deliver at an agreed upon time for a cost, depending on location. We will happily post Australia wide and will provide quotes for this based on product and location.
