Sunblest Beach Retreat 3.22

Sunblest Beach Retreat is a beach-front family house that comfortably accommodates 8-10 adults or up to 12 people including kids, without being cramped for space.

Sunblest is architect-designed and fitted with all the mod cons and appliances for an absolute luxury holiday. The house has been designed for families or groups of friends to relax in style but still enjoy privacy within the various living and dining spaces.

There are 4 huge bedrooms, each with their own fully equipped en-suite bathroom.

The two master bedrooms feature luxurious king sized beds. Another bedroom comfortably accommodates both a queen bed and king-single bed. And the fourth bedroom features two bunks, one with 2x single matresses, and the other with separate single and double beds.

Quality linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Sunblest has a home cinema/games room (with Nintendo Wii, free wireless internet, Austar cable TV and a large DVD collection). There are 5 flat screen TVs throughout the house.

There's a large main dining room easily seating 10 people, separate breakfast bar, a huge chef's kitchen (with quality European appliances), outdoor BBQ and a fully equipped laundry.

There's a huge family lounge plus private zones inside and out. Upstairs is another spacious covered entertainment and dining area with stunning views to the Byron Hinterland to the west and the relaxing roar of the surf behind the pool to the east.
